- Preparation of project plan & project budget  - Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources - Plans resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan - Monitors construction schedule & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance - To prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval - To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work - To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals. - To analyze the gaps between the planned Vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team.

Job Description : 

- Preparation of Quality plan, Procedures, check lists, welding plan, Heat chart - Implementing welding activities as per ASME & ISO 9001 systems - Preparing Welding Procedure specifications (WPS),Procedure Qualification Records(PQR) Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) records, Welder Continuity Records - Verifying Material test certificates for welding consumables & raw materials - Executing periodical calibration for welding equipments - Coordinate third party inspection organizations employed to meet code, statutory and company requirements - Conducting NDT Tests.

Desired Profile : - Candidate should have ASNT Level II Certified 
- Candidate should have exp. in heavy Structural projects.

Contracts Manager

Job Description : 

- Studying Contracts appreciation documents - Contractual correspondence and claim preparation - Extra claims / escalation claims and Interpretation of contracts  - Delay analysis - Dispute resolution through amicable settlement, arbitration etc.

Engineer - Design with Hydro Experience

Job Location : Mumbai
Qualification : BE/B.Tech n Civil Engg.or PG in Construction Management
Experience : 4 - 6 Years
Job Description : 

- Maintain all records for design & drawings. - Follow-up with consultants for design submissions. - Working out BOQ, compare tender & design quantities. - Design Coordination for EPC projects & Coordination with EM & HM vendor. - Ensure design submissions as per schedule. - Carry out designs for hydro structures.

DGM - Design with Underground Hydro Experience
Job Location : Mumbai
Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Civil Engg./ME/M.Tech/
Experience : 12 - 18 Years
Job Description : 

1.In depth knowledge of Underground facilities & Design of Hydro projects. 2.Capable of designing Dams & Barrages. 3.Should be proficient on working with numerical methods like FEM/FDM/DEM for two & three dimensional complex problems & good command on softwares like UDEC, 3 DEC, FLAC 2D & 3D, Phase 2, Unwedge, Swedge, Staad Pro. 4.Having in depth understanding of Seismic, Pseudo dynamic & Seepage loads. 5.Should be able to prepare/Comprehend the technical specifications of the project (EPC, item rate) & have exposure to the Business development. 6.Should be familiar with different BIS recommendation, international practices.

Desired Profile : - Should have experience in underground design experience for hydro projects.
- Candidate should have expert in FEM For a Underground Hydro structure.

Fabrication Managers/Engineers

Job Location : Projects in Assam
Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg.
Experience : 5 to 17 Yrs.
Job Description : 

- To work across the production cycle to ensure the flow of work meets customers' deadlines. - Monitor output to ensure that production meets the established standards in terms of both quantity and quality - Maintain regular contact with other departments to ensure that they are aware of production requirements and to identify potential problems

Desired Profile : - Candidate should have Knowledge of various welding Techniques such as SMAW, MIG/MAG,FCAW,SAW,TIG and Machinery and consumable used for these process 
- Candidate should have Knowledge of various types of Joints preparations used in Heavy Fabrication and welding positions 
- Candidate should have worked in Structural Fabrication Works
