Position: Technical Coordinator to Sr. VP (Projects) 

JD- *Coordination with all departments at HO with the site

*Macro level Planning and Micro level Project Tracking

*Budgeting and Cost Controls

*Site Experience

*Well versed with Real Estate Market Scenario

*Rate Analysis and estimation

* Should be willing to adapt to pressures

*Requires substantial amount of documentation work as well

Exp- Min 2 years (Preferably with Site Planning and Coordination)
