Job Description:

1.To Translate the project scope of work into activities and prepare a master project schedule of the assigned domain for a project in line with overall project plan and requirement of user as per organizational guidelines as per performance parameters of time, cost and quality.

2.Development of Project Master Schedule for Design, Procurement, construction, Finishing and MEP and Handing over activities

3.Co-ordination with Construction, Design and Commercial Manager in updating Master Schedule on monthly basis (Identifying the critical path activities and Delays happening)

4.Monitoring of Delay Register of Construction and Contract/Procurement Works

5.Fortnightly and Monthly Report Preparation

6.Management Presentation of projects Progress, Cost Incured, Major Challenges of the work

7.Cash Flow Monitoring on monthly basis

8.Guiding Contractors in Construction Schedule preparation according to master plan.

9.Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern.

10.MIS (Monthly, Fortnightly, Cash Flow and other reports)

11.Project Profitability Analysis by Sales Inflow and Cash outflow monitoring

12.Monitoring of all Project Bills coming after approval from sites

13.Documentation management of all contracts.

14.Closure of Work orders as per terms & conditions.
