Opening for Resident Engineer is available with a Multinational Project Management Consultancy for their prestigious project located at West Coast of Karnataka State 

Qualification & Experience:
B.E /B. Tech in Civil Engineering & Minimum 20 years of experience in building construction related works and minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position overseeing supervision staff
 
Requirements:

·         Capable of leading construction supervision team administering the FIDIC Yellow Book construction contract for construction of several buildings, infrastructure.

·         Experience of handling design & build high rise residential buildings of 10 + floors is essential.

·         Must have worked /handled the single project/building of value not less than Rs 100 Crores.

·         Preferably Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMC firm.

·         Previous experience of working at Gulf (GCC) Countries is an added advantage.
