Position: Assistant Manager -Quantity Surveyor

EXPOSURE: TENDERING, CONTRACTS, QUANTITY SURVEYING.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Preparation of Feasibility studies, Budgetary costs and Estimates, BOQ, BOM, for various Civil structures and projects.
2.Preparation of tender documents, Contracts, Specifications as per requirement of Projects.
3. Analysis of DPR from sites as per Construction schedule and preparation of reports.
4. Verification of Contractor’s bill, quality as per tender specifications, site measurement verification and material consumption verification.
5. Reconciliation and As-built drawing preparation.
6. Ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair works.
7. Coordination with Design, Purchase, and Execution for timely deliverables.
8. Monitoring site progress.
9. Study and checking of G.A. drawings and execution drawings and records for revision.
QUALIFICATION :
• B.E. Civil with a minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Diploma civil with a minimum of 10 years experience.

CTC : Upto 6Lacs / As per Industry Standard
Note: Position will require travel accross india
