Position Overview
We are looking for career-minded professionals with global perspective to join the Mumbai based Integrated Marketing Services team as Due Diligence Questionnaire, RFP and Consultant Database Specialist. The role specifically supports the senior members of the Global Business Development Services team within MSIM Marketing. The primary responsibility of the role is to support MSIM's quarterly and annual Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requirements, assisting with Standard RFP's and the completion and maintenance of
information in consultant databases.

DDQs RFPs are for strategies and funds across the Morgan Stanley Investment Management platform, for clients based in North America, EMEA and Asia. Information for Consultant Databases is entered on quarterly basis for strategies and funds across the Morgan Stanley Investment Management platform, for global and regional consultants. The individual will work with firm systems, databases and resources to source quantitative and qualitative data, complete drafts for review by senior team member and investiment strategy specialists. In addition
the individual will be responsible for maintaining stock language in our database. Members work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate has experience in or knowledge of the investment management industry, experience with DDQ writing. Qvidian and experience with consultant databases (Omni, Mercer, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals whose primary responsibilities are to manage the
DDQ, RFP and consultant database efforts Completion of questionnaires, including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, reviewing documents to ensure high quality, error-free final product and to ensure all DDQs are completed on a timely basis Work across the global MSIM Business Development teams located in North America, Europe and Asia Contribute to ongoing quality and efficiency improvements

Key Requirements 

Working knowledge of investment management industry
Excellent project and time management skills
Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
Ability to focus on small details while maintaining larger picture
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver outstanding work products under tight
deadlines

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel Experience with Qvidian, and consultant databases preferred
Minimum of three years of industry experience
Key attributes include: Good written and oral communication skills, commitment, team spirit, and
collaboration.
