Purvankara is looking for 3 or 4 bright engineer MBAs for the Development Management / Project Monitoring team. Ideally civil engineers or even architect MBAs from one of the premier Institutions / NICMAR types. Should have an experience of 2 to 4 years in Planning, project management or pure play on-site or factory floor engineering / construction.

The role is to assist Regional Heads of Technical (VP / Sr VPs) in project construction monitoring for a pool of Our projects and assist the firm over all in delivery of projects on-time and as per the cost schedule. They will also feed in to the DEvelopment Management function and determine what needs to be done at the organisational end to manage these projects .... say project progress,  sales pattern, sales pricing, priority of cash deployment into project to manage cash flow etc.
