Project managers and project leads required for OYO at Delhi NCR, chennai, hyderabad, bangalore locations

Qualification: BE civil / NICMAR  .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO PROFILE:

  1  .Monitoring the project schedule and Making the PERT
       chart.Analysis.
  2  .Prepare the Estimated Budget required for Project.
  3.  Making the costing of the items required in the store.
  4.  Preparing the Minutes of Meeting.
  5 .Co-ordinate with Architect and contractor to meet the
     project delivery target.
  6.  Prepare the weekly project progress report and share with
       Sr Manager and Management.
7.   Co-ordinate with designing team to prepare the layout
       plan and working drawing set.
8   .Making the Handover sheet and check with physical
      delivered items.
9.  Check the vendor invoices and make the internal
      documentation for payment.
10.Take the follow-up for PO approval and payment with
      account team.
11.Doing items costing, sampling, and suggestion for required changes in the original items as per available space at site.
12.Doing the equipment procurement required for Site.

Project Manager  6 to 7.5lakh ctc
Project Lead        4 to 5 lakh
